Bug in FaultSections

Steps to reproduce: I think this is related to deleting Fault Models 2.x.

OK fixed...the apps should now be working. I had to remove the def models 2.x from the UCERF3 database since the old fault models were removed. Tim, please let me know if you ever need to access the old data.
