Description
I implemented #34, an IMR that averages other IMRs with weights. It seems to work with JUnit tests, but I need some reference results to finish verification.

test coverage is very good and external validation files are unlikely as a different implementation is used for NSHMP IMRs, closing as 'wontfix'
