This was a bug with the server version of the apps, closing as these versions are being retired.
Sorry for the slow response on this ticket. We suggest that you use the local versions of all applications as they are more stable and the server based versions, and the server based versions will be soon retired. You can launch the local version here: http://www.opensha.org/apps-HazardCurveLocal
