Description
Steps to reproduce:
- In disaggregation plot viewer window, hit save, try saving to either PDF or TXT
- No error message will display, but the file won't actually be written
Other info: This affects both the production release, and trunk version.

[8088] should also be included in the updated release...fixes a bug with bad filenames

fixed in [8087]. Problem arose when CustomFileFilter? was modified. This is a significant bug for some people, so I will re-release as 1.2.2. Peter: any other tickets/fixes that should be included in this minor release?
