i was going to try to get a good data download/caching system going for opensha then use that for these files (see #127), but I think I'll just do a simple download to the SCEC-VDO user directory the first time each file is requested. If it works well we can implement something similar in OpenSHA.

Status: new → closed

All 5 files are now in the list. The first time that you load a certain file, it will be downloaded and cached locally. You should only need to do this once for each file.

I also updated the webstart version.
