make it easy to edit multiple fault section colors at once

Description

Currently it's very tedious to update the color of a group of faults within a category. For example, all San Andreas sections in a fault model. Ideally you should be able to select multiple (with control or shift click) and update all of the colors at once.

The interns did this over the summer, and is possible on SCEC-VDO trunk.
