Description
Currently all lines in our plots have thickness that is constant at all zoom levels. It would be nice to be able to draw lines whose thickness is specified in y units and scales relative to the zoom level. This also allows for bars to be drawn, which will be useful in tornado diagrams.

Done in [10653]. See example below. Note that non flat lines will appear skewed if the aspect ratio is not 1:1. Also, multi segment lines will have gaps at each segment.
