IM Event Set Calculator - Problems with Vs30

I am using the .jar file for the IM Event Set Calculator. I am trying to have the program get the Vs30 value from the Wills et al. classification map for sites. According to the Readme, I would simply need to omit the third column of the site list in the input file. However, if the third column is omitted, no output files are created nor are there any error messages. Output files are only created if I include the third column. How do I allow SHA to obtain the Vs30 value from Wills et al?
