Description

This ticket submitted after the fact so that this change gets picked up in the release notes of v1.3

WGCEP_UCERF_2_3 is no longer supported as relevant databases will soon be changing to support UCERF3. Use WGCEP_UCERF_2_Final instead for which all database data has been converted to flat files.
