Implement WG02 Fortran Wrapped ERF with servlets

Description

The WG02 Fortran Wrapped ERF is the only ERF that actually needs RMI as it requires running fortran code on our server. If this is implemented with servlets, we can remove the RMI dependencies and kill the server mode applications.
