Fix bugs in MFD plotter

Description

The nightly builds of the MFD Plotter are not behaving as expected. e.g. a plot will not display until one toggles 'Show Data | Show Plot", "Set Axes" likewise does not take affect until toggling and "Peel-off" shows no plot. There is also no data displayed when selecting "Show Data".
