Description

The test files for SadighEtAl1997 need to be updated. According to e-mail exchange with Ned on 6/1/10, our implementation is correct (according to ​http://peer.berkeley.edu/course_modules/eqrd/IntExmp/atten03.htm#). I'm going to regenerate the files from our current implementation.
