The problem is that the 3D arrays [period, mag, distance] to lookup hanging wall effects supplied by Steve H. were missing PGV for CY08. CY08 itself tests out fine; there are no tests yet for NSHMP_2008_CA that wraps, overrides, and alters the three primary NGA's.

This has to do with IMR's with grid source optimizations that are (or should be) only accessible directly from the repository, not through online apps.
