Description
remove /data, relocating MattG's files to his scratch dir, and siteData to /src/resources/data/site updating any app dependency paths in build scripts as necessary.

Moved data and pruned old /data folder in [7813] to [7821]
Kevin, I was going to start updating all the servlet and file paths in siteData.impl but I didn't understand why the servlet uses a path to a directory but the 'local' version points directly to a file. Many of the file references were pointing to different locations as well. The short of it is, everything needed for siteDataProviders is now in /src/resources/data/site/.
On a related note, the corbetura builds indicate that the DataSuite? fails. This has been going on for a while and it may be in part due to bad paths for the site data files, but also the necessary dev servlet may not be running. Can you check this out?
