Downloading Eclipse
The latest version of Eclipse can be obtained from The Eclipse Website
The "Eclipse IDE for Java Developers" should be fine.
Installing the Subversion Plug in for Eclipse
The Eclipse Subversion Plug in is called "Subclipse."
To install in Eclipse 3.x, follow their tutorial here: Subclipse Installation Instructions
