The c6 coefficient values for ≥5s periods do not match the final published values.

In debugging the OpenSHA implementation of the UCERF3 gridded seismcity, we found that the Rjb distances calculated for the reverse and normal faults on the hanging wall cases are wrong. This also makes the Rx and Rrup values for these cases wrong since these distance calculations use Rjb.

Other info: I have been getting this bug for quite a while now. Cannot run the model and produce a hazard curve for New Zealand lat-long locations. Would appreciate a fix.
