Release of revised Hazard Curve, Hazard Spectrum, and Hazard Map apps as well as utility applications for exploring attenuation relationships, F-M distributions, etc. This release will move OpenSHA off the 0.0.x point-releases that have dominated the development timeline.

The more components necessary to reach this milestone that can be completed by the end of GEM1, the better.
